Roy Pfeil

- Currently Head Boys Soccer Coaching position at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School, NY Elite FC U14 Boys Head Coach and Educator for Shenendehowa High School.
- Head Men’s soccer coach at the University at Albany for 9 years where he compiled 81 wins, 61 losses and 15 ties (.564 winning percentage) while taking a non-scholarship program from Division III to Division I. While at UAlbany Roy took his team to the NCAA playoffs during his fourth year as head coach. He also guided UAlbany to the ECAC playoffs during two of his first 4 years and even won the ECAC championships in 1993. Roy also served as the Men’s Assistant Coach (2001-2009) at the University of Albany.
- Coached women at Hudson Valley Community College compiling 36 Wins - 11 Losses - 3 Ties and national rankings as high as #7 in the nation in his 4 years as coach.
- Youth Soccer Coach for 37 years. As a youth coach Roy has been to the State Cup semi-finals 9x’s and the state cup finals 3x’s. He was the first coach to win a State Cup Championship from the Capital District. In addition Roy has conducted numerous soccer camps and clinics primarily around the east coast.
- Roy has worked with the Under 19 girls National Team Camp and the U.S. Region I (from Virginia to Maine) girls Olympic Development Teams.
