NY Elite FC Tryouts

NY Elite FC prides itself in putting the player first. There are many benefits to joining our Club including: Experienced Coaches, Personal Development, Individual Player Opportunity, Access to the most Elite Soccer Training Programs in the World (Liverpool FC), an Organized Club Structure and training at the Capital District’s Premier Indoor Facility, Sportsplex of Halfmoon.

We ask that you please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tryout time so we can have your child checked in prior to the start time.

Please register for the age group that your child qualifies for (see Age Matrix).  When try outs are complete, the Coaches and Coaching Directors will determine if any child should be moved up to an older age group.

Waiver

The participant is in good health and has my permission to participate in tryout activities. In the event of an emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by the director to secure proper treatment for the participant. All pictures or videos taken at tryouts may be used at the discretion of NY Elite FC.

Once this Tryout Registration Form is submitted, the parent/guardian listed above has agreed to the terms of the Waiver.

All tryout participants must bring the following completed and signed waiver before participating in tryouts. Medical Release Waiver
